Moving is incredibly stressful. Adding the tasks of searching for rental properties, making calls to verify availability, and scheduling tours can quickly turn it into a nightmare. I’m so grateful for Emily; she sent us properties based on our preferences and did all the legwork to set up the tour dates. Having her there to ease the process was amazing. Ms. Emilia has been a big part of our journey over the years. She has assisted us from finding the right tenants, renting our home and then selling our home. We appreciate her time and effort over the years. This February 2024 she went above and beyond with a second rental property, from advising us on rental rates in our areas, to providing additional services in paint colors. Including additional updates that would benefit future tenants. She kindly set up a game plan and action plan to ensure we found the right tenants for our home. Emily is excellent with punctuality, communication, very informative, thorough with details, timely responses with emails, texts and calls. She is always considerate with our set budget and conscious of our expectations. I definitely recommend her for any real-estate questions, concerns.
