Emily is the consummate professional. while the entire transaction was as smooth as silk throughout, she was diligently workng at closing ensuring our buyer had the best home warranty plan w the exact coverages that allowed the buyer to have peace of mind re: a few appliances. HW was not going to extend but as the professional, she had it in writing and held them to it. It ain’t over til it’s over in this business and she worked it all the way thru. Definitely recommend- especially if you are looking in her kessler oak cliff bishop arts back yard .

When we initially were considering selling our home, I reached out to Emily to get advice on what we should do in preparation for the sale. This was 2 years prior to us listing the house and she still spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions and giving us her opinions. She checked in with us regularly throughout the prep period and was always patient, knowledgeable, and kind. When it was finally time for us to list the house, she took care of absolutely everything. We were out of state for the whole process and Emily kept us updated on everything that was happening from the staging, photographs, house maintenance, walkthroughs, massive rain storms, multiple offers, inspections, and closing steps. This was our very first house sale and it was unreal how easy she made it for us. I highly recommend Emily for anyone wanting to buy or sell their house.
