I can’t say enough good things about Reena Dhir! Let’s start with the REBATE! Wow!!! That was huge saving for us, it dropped our closing cost way less then expected!! First we moved from out of state and she helped us find a beautiful home lease in less than a day so naturally when we were ready to buy she was our first choice!! She always gave her honest and professional opinion which was so helpful because I knew she had our best interest in mind not just trying to sell us a house. Her response time to my questions and paperwork is immediate, she also followed everything up with detailed emails guiding us in every step. She thought of questions I didn’t know I was supposed to ask and fought hard to get us a fair value on our house. I really appreciated that, this whole process can be overwhelming. She will be our realtor for life! In fact we loved her so much she is now working with my in laws, they will be first time Houstonians!
