If I could give more stars to Mandy I would. She has been great to work with from beginning to end. She’s always happy and more than willing to answer any and all questions as well as help in any way throughout the loan application process. She helped me find my home and helped me get the right people to look at my property for repairs and updates. I look forward to our continued partnership in the future indefinitely! My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Mandy at Emerald Agency for almost 2 years now. When we needed a place to rent in a hurry that met our needs, Mandy had an option for us the very same day and she’s been nothing but professional the entire time we’ve rented. Mandy at Emeralds took care of our property for 5 years. She always had a professional attitude and a quick response. Her connections to get problems fixed permanently and for a fair price is what seperates her from the competition. I would highly reccomend her over competitors and renting your house out yourself.
