I had called on a listing to look at a property for my parents who live in Arizona and want to move to Texas, and Sara was the agent that showed up to show us the property. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the property. The first property we looked at wasnt a good fit for my parents as they are elderly and the property was a total fixer upper before it could be occupied.I found another property about a week later and called Sara, she was able to show me that property, and as it was such a nice property in a prime location off the lake, I knew it wouldnt last long, so we put in a bid, a few hours later Sara called and advised that the owner accepted our bid. From the first viewing, and a couple other walk throughs, to the final walk through and closing, Sara has been amazing. We are about to put our house on the market and move to the other location as my parents changed their mind about the house, and we asked Sara to be our listing agent when we do.It was the best experience we could have asked for.

Outstanding Service - I interviewed several agents when deciding to sell our home. Not only did I want someone who was motivated to help us sell the home, but I also value open communication and was looking for transparency in the process. Robert and his son Levi provided much needed advice and assistance in purchasing an amazing home on Padre Island. After an initial interview, they knew what types of property we were looking for, and as our knowledge of the market increased, and our desires changed, they were very understanding. They were thorough in scheduling viewings and inspections, timely in preparation and transferring documents. Their knowledge of the market and the peculiarities of the area is substantial. They stayed on top of some repairs that were required and ensured that they were performed before closing despite weather issues and a tight time frame. They worked well with the mortgage company, the sellers realtor and the title company. All in all, they are a superior team of realtors.

Marian and I came from Arizona in the spring of this year with the idea of moving to Corpus Christi. We found a realty agent, Mr. Robert Ellis, through the internet. Mr. Ellis worked diligently and came up with 5 houses to look at in one day. Although all the houses were nice, the last house we looked at was our dream house. Mr. Ellis was instrumental in negotiating with the builders to get a few extras - backyard fence and gates, 17 inch toilets, gutters for front porch area, garage door opener, and carpet in bedrooms replaced with tile. Robert continuously monitored these projects until the work was completed. We viewed quite a few properties, made some offers, lost some of those offers but then we found a property that fit my family perfectly. Moved here from out of state. Flew in and at the last minute (because of poor planning on our part) he was able to meet us at the airport. We took a quick tour of the city and decided maybe Corpus Christi was not for us. So we visited some other local cities and believe we found our future home.
