We met Ellen at an open house and she was very helpful to provide information. about the area and very willing to help us. She assisted us in a long distance home search by doing her best to understand our wants and needs and helping direct our search to properties that matched us. She was extremely personable, always willing to help - even dropping everything to go video tour a property that was just listed and provide us with valuable feedback.We would not hesitate to recommend Ellen! Such a joy to work with! Weve found more than a realtor, weve found a friend in our new home town!

Ellen Fleckenstein is our Real Estate Superhero. When we solicited for a listing agent, we received the most comprehensive proposal we had ever seen from her. The analysis of our home and the market for its sale was clear, comprehensive, and by far the best of any we had ever seen. But more than just the presentation material, her numbers and the logic of the plan worked perfectly. Our desired price was ultimately met in only a couple of weeks. Then, as the deal progressed, and as small issues and requirements came up, she always provided each resource needed. Any issue that came up, she proactively took the initiative and made our sale work. Ellen even remembered a birthday and surprisingly even managed to help and deliver a couple of large items accidentally left in our difficult move out of our house. It was simply a genuine pleasure to work with her, because of her calm and dedicated attitude. Ellen was so good with our home sale, she was the natural selection for the next home purchase. Ellen is a highly dependable, resourceful, and knowledgeable agent with a great career ahead of her. I highly recommend Ellen to anyone, no matter how unique a situation might be involved.

Ellen literally kept me sane during the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. We hit many snags along the way and Ellen was quick to find resolutions to keep us on track to the best of her abilities. She kept us updated and always went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared through every step of the process.
