Elizabeth and her husband James were absolutely phenomenal to work with. I was on a really tight schedule to find a home before my new job started in Texas, and they were extremely accommodating. She quickly got a feel for what I was looking for, and showed me a wide variety of options, candidly discussing the pros and cons of different homes, which was invaluable for someone new to the area. Excellent communication, very experienced and smart. She has a great personality, but she’s tough when it’s needed for negotiation purposes. I was a bit of a basketcase during the process, so I have to commend her for dealing with me being anxious and a little bit crazy, as we all know how stressful the home buying and selling process can be. :-) For the first time in my life, I absolutely adore the home that I go to every day, and I couldn’t be more grateful or recommend her highly enough!

I loved working with Elizabeth Lane as my realtor in the move from Pennsylvania to Texas as everything was being locked down at the beginning of the pandemic Q1 2020. I was completely clueless as to my bearings having only visited a couple of times prior to this move over a year or longer prior. Being temporarily housed in an apartment but wanting to be within 30 minutes or so from the office. I desired to live in an area with a strong sense of community with easy access to DFW. Elizabeth listened to my wish list and took the time to understand what I was really looking for. The pandemic proved extremely challenging in the search for a home and yet, Elizabeth was thorough, responsive, and attune to the areas that would serve me well. She didn’t let me settle for homes that I wasn’t thoroughly pleased with and showed me an area that I wouldn’t have found without her. She helped me find the perfect new build in an area that was better than I could have imagined.
