    We would give Amy Kuykendall more than 5 stars if that was possible. We came here from another state, and Amy was very helpful with suggestions, and answered all our numerous questions with patience and a smile. She kept us informed of the housing market while we were out of the area. She was very patient when showing us numerous houses, and helped us understand the neighborhoods that the houses were in. Her insight and suggestions were invaluable to us. When it came time to make an offer, she made suggestions that made our offer better while still being acceptable to the sellers.     This was my first home purchase and I was purchasing a home in place I had never been before. First I ran into some issues with my pre-approval amount because of some technicalities concerning my child support and my bonuses. Julie got me in contact with another lender that got me approved for quite a bit more. It got me right where I needed to be. I am also aware that Realtors get paid a percentage and the house I was purchasing wasnt all that expensive, but that didnt stop her from giving us 110%.Julie was absolutely amazing in walking me through the whole process as we went through them. FYI, I ask A LOT of questions. I have to know whats going on every step of the way. I over think and over stress and she was a huge help. She went through houses while I was stuck out of town. She listened to my needs and found us just what we needed (even with our lower end price range). Even when the first house we were going to buy fell out from under us at the last minute, she found us something better and we were still able to close on time.I couldve never made it through without Julie.     Our realtor was Amy Kuykendall and we recommend her very highly; she was fantastic!! We had very specific requirements/wants in a property and a certain location and Amy was very patient with us. It took 9 months for us to find the right property and the entire time, Amy never gave up and was always positive and cheerful. ANYTHING we needed, Amy was immediately on it and was available when we called or texted. She answered any questions we had (and we had a lot!) and if she didnt know an answer, she got us one almost immediately. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would! Shes the best!

    We were contemplating retiring to Texas from California. After some research, decided we might be interested in the Granbury area.We were referred to Millicent Borre at the Elevate Realty Group. At the same time,we explored other areas in Texas with other agents. Within the first day of driving around with Millie, we both realized that she quickly connected with our needs and expectations. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and outlined the pros and cons of individual neighborhoods. We ended up deciding to find our new home in Granbury and weve have never seen any realtor work as hard as Millie. We found a home and then had to sell our home in CA and do all the details of buying a home interstate, via phone and email. Millie was prompt with every request. We had a few weeks before we could physically move and she kept checking on the property, making sure the lawn was watered and pool was kept clean. The office she works in was very helpful in doing an out of state closing and the sale went off smoothly. There isnt one thing I can say negative about our experience with Millie and Elevate Realty Group. If you are looking for a hard-working, honest, goes above and beyond the call of duty, Millicent Borre is the person you need.     Why I recommend with elevate realty. Ive never written a review nor found it necessary in my 60 years to do so! I felt compelled this time to do just that! i have bought several homes in my life and When I first started looking for a house in Granbury I was sure I would find one. Well I Was extremely disappointed with my results in finding a house with my Fort Worth realtors on the water and almost gave up. When I called inquiring about a house that ERIN DRUMMER had listed it had already sold as many before. The realtor on the other end of this call was ERIN. I was expecting a quick brush off as with the other realtors in Granbury I had communicated with prior. Not this time ERIN engage the conversation and was very sympathetic to of my disappointment . Erin gave me lots of unsolicited advice to help me and direct me to finding me to a Granbury house on the lake. Never once did she push me to use her ! Refreshing! I called my wife and told her of my conversation with Erin and told her how comforting Erin made me feel. So after more failures and called Erin and ask for her to represent me.
