My name is Alex Rueda. I had a property in El Paso and Al helped me to manage it. He helped me for over 5 years. I actually transfer to him from a management I was not happy with. I Stayed with him until the recent sell of the property. I never met him in person but he was always ready to answer questions and he was very fair to me. There were situations out of his control, like tenants leaving and the property not being rented for a few months, but that is part how the El Paso market behaves, mostly with many military moving. That is not his fault. At the end I sold and Al helped me all the way. Thanks Al.

Al is AMAZING! We moved to El Paso from Phoenix, and there was no way for us to make a trip there before the move so we handled everything over the phone and email. He helped us pick a home in our price range, in the area we were looking for, and even sent extra pictures so we felt pretty good about the home we were moving into. We got into El Paso at about 10pm, and the house blew us away. Al was also waiting for us at the home, electric and water on and the heat running so that we didnt come into a cold home. When we had issues with the cooler that summer, he came out personally and looked at it when our landlord failed to do anything. After our lease expired we sought Al once again to help us figure out what we needed to do to buy our first home, and he walked us through the entire process, even taking us to look at model homes and apply to see where we stood. Al just goes above and beyond for his clients, and we would certainly recommend him to everyone we know!
