Efina was recommended to me by my lender when I first started thinking about buying a home. I was relocating from New Jersey to Texas and while I had a general knowledge of the area, I was a first time home buyer with no prior knowledge other than some web classes and reading online. Efina was an absolute Godsend throughout the entire process. From going to look at houses and sharing videos so I could tour the home while being out of state all the way to getting the keys to my new home, Efina was there to help and reassure me even when I got discouraged. I cannot thank her enough for being an absolute blessing and highly recommend her as an amazing person to work with whether buying or selling a home!

Im so glad to have met Efina. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. This was my first time buying a home and she was so patient throughout the entire process with all the questions I had. Efina Estrada -- where do I begin?? My husband and I met Efina by accident as we stopped in for an openhouse in our neighborhood. Wed been back and forth for awhile trying to determine the best location/time/realtor (or not)/price range etc etc --what most people struggle with as first and second time home buyers.. Efina was at the open house and very friendly - not sales-y like many realtors can be. She just stuck to the facts, and gave some honest opinions about questions that came up. Typically, anyone in the sales industry (any sales role) pushes a product hard and rushes to finish the sale. This has never been the case with our relationship with Efina. My husband travels a lot for work, so Efina and I shopped around to several different homes/locations, and whenever wed get SO excited about a location or unique home (we love love unique), shed calm us down and give every pro and con. She knew our eyes were glazed with excitement and hope that finally THIS is the home for us, so she slowed us down and gathered more information about what was really important to us, and how much we were willing to invest. It suddenly all became overwhelming, especially without my husband there to offer much input, so we decided to delay our search again... fast forward about 6mths to Dec 2019. The hubby was now home more often and we were ready to make some real decisions, but still keeping in mind that this might not happen for about a year, but lets do our research. We looked at a few new home builder sites and existing homes.. We found a few we liked, but still felt a little lost. Let me just mention, during the 6mths we took off, we heard from Efina via mail newsletters often - monthly if not more. We loved the relevancy of her messages and the fact that even though we basically stopped communicating with her about real estate, she made a respectful effort to be relevant in our lives. We remembered the messages and mail shed sent us, and reached out to let her know we were looking again. That woman went to work for us!! She researched, did video walk-thrus, met us all hours of the day and night and we FINALLY decided on the home we ended up closing on 30 days later. She was with us every step of the way -- AND STILL IS. We closed Jan 2020 and shortly after, the virus hit the US and everyone was in quarantine. Shed stop by with fun quarantine gifts, reminded us to change the filter on our AC unit (she had it on her calendar) - and even brought us a filter! After moving in, she referred so many other experts to assist us in repairs, electrical work, and even re-financing later. She is INCREDIBLE and works her tail off to be the BEST.
