    Iā€™m in my mid 50s and have bought and sold several properties over the years. I can say Lauren is the best realtor I have worked with. When I was relocating to Texas, I met with Lauren and we charted a two week tour of central/east Texas. I returned home and she worked tirelessly to find the right property for me; oftentimes driving over three hours one way to video places for me. She is very knowledgeable and highly responsive. We found the ideal property for me and I was able to get a great deal in a hot market. She is a savvy negotiator. I also found her to be extremely helpful in locating home inspectors, contractors, and all the services needed when buying a place remotely.     Rhonda Melton is incredible. About three years ago last November, we were doing a drive by while we were up here visiting family for Thanksgiving. We were unable to find it and called the listing broker. Rhonda had phone duty that weekend. Not only did she help us locate that property, she asked tons of questions about our wants and needs. Soon thereafter, she started sending me updates of listings that came close to our wish list. By May, she found it! She sent us the listing of our home. We lived five hours away in south Texas. She previewed the prior for us. Had a showing with our daughter (attending college here), and then another with us. She helped us submit our offer and held my hand as we both held our breath while we sold our place in Katy. It all worked out and we couldnā€™t be happier.
