I will be forever thankful for David Hinman. Being out of state, I didn’t meet David face to face, but from the first telephone conversation we had, I knew that David was the right realtor for me. I wasn’t wrong. David went above and beyond making the sell of my property as smooth as can be. David spoke to my lender on my behalf, he even filed a claim with the hazard insurance on my behalf. He made sure that all repairs were completed before closing of escrow. David is one of a kind. If you are thinking about buying, selling or leasing property, I recommend David wholeheartedly. You won’t be sorry or worried. You will be in the best hands there is.

Relocated from out of state and Kim Kankel did an incredible job accommodating us and helping to find my wife and I our first home. She was willing to see places multiple times and was resourceful enough to have almost any info we needed within a day of requesting. She has even follow up and made sure we knew about home related things such as Homestead Tax Forms and when to submit, to what contractors and inspectors to reach out to when in need of repair/remodel services.Shout out to Danae Tally for being Kims secondary contact for when she was Out of Office. Danae was there for evening showings (usually at the drop of a hat) and even started the process of getting a contract in our hands to sign as soon as we needed. All while maintaining her own clients Im sure! I will absolutely return to Ebby Halliday if I ever needed to relocate within the area and/or sell my home!
