If you are looking for a realtor to list and sell your house, or perhaps you need a Buyer’s Agent to assist you in finding your perfect Dream Home, there’s only one choice in the Grayson County (and surrounding areas) market. I know how to determine who is the best in most markets as I have done this many times in cities/markets across the country. 2024-My realtor, Brad Rhoades helped get my home rented in less than a week! The entire process, once again, was effortless (on my end)! Brad truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was so much help getting the house ready to rent and guiding me through the process. He responds so quickly, and will literally help solve any problem. More than that, he operates ethically! He helped my find my first home that was a good investment,safe and sound, then helped me rent it when I was ready. (A goal of mine met largely due to Brad) We got tenants in less than a week of posting the home and they have been great! I trust him fully and highly recommend him to anyone.2020-Brad Rhoades helped me find my first home and was amazing help through the entire process! They were organized, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and made buying an easy process, even though we were buying from a few hundred miles away! I couldnt recommend them enough, give them a call and they will take care of you.
