He was transparent with his recommendations and provided us with substantial details to help us make decisions throughout the process. Ive worked with Patrick @Easter and Easter on not only buying (2014) but also selling (2022) my home. Both times he was extremely professional, tempered my expectations and took our side in negotiating instead of trying to get the sale completed as fast as possible. That last part is important to me because Ive had a few realtors in the past stop caring about my concerns once a buyer or seller was on the line and instead just rush to close the deal. Patrick didnt just say heres a punch list, get it done. He explained why each item was important, how it could effect the sale and what the worst case scenario may be as we went through the process. He backed up his suggestions with evidence and examples that could be researched. Selling is rarely a stress free experience. Patrick answered each and every question I had (no matter how silly or stupid they may have seemed).In our case:Buying: We had 5 days to find a home (we were moving from another state). We shared our wants and expectations and instead of seeing 1 house per day were given a list of homes to consider. Lined up viewings for the next day and we able to view 15 homes over a 3 day period that fit our criteria.Selling: I wanted to sell for a good price but didnt want to spend months on the market doing 100 showings. We were off the market in 3 days with a great offer.If you want realtors who will spare you the fluff and tell you exactly what to expect, these are your people.
