We worked with Carmen. She has years of experience in real estate and some in construction too. We bought a duplex with complicated easements and she helped every step of the way. Every time we intended to throw in the towel, she found a way to make it happen for us. We met her 2 days before she had a baby and she texted me two days later and proceeded with the deal. This woman is outstanding!! If you feel like you need someone who will fight for your interests and make things happen, if you want an agent who literally works non stop for you, call Carmen.
