What can I say about Thomas? Well, to start, 5 stars is not enough! He was just absolutely AMAZING!!! We needed a quick turn for a rental property and wow did he deliver. He listened intently to understand our personal needs and he went to work. He quickly found us the perfect tenant in less than 24 hours of putting the home up for lease, and we had a signed contract in a matter of days. Thomas helped us find our dream home for our dream price! Im so very glad we had the pros at EPR to help us find the perfect forever home. I dreaded another home buying process ALMOST as much as buying a new car from a dealership (a nightmare every time). But we definitely needed more space and less road traffic.Thomas and Sandra and their associates at EPR helped us look at a LOT of houses, even when our confidence level was 2% that wed like it. And you know this market, the best houses are snatched up quick. We ended up being the bid accepted on a house that got 3 offers the week it first went on the market.
