Dylan answered every question that we had from the moment, we reached out on the Internet to the day we closed. I had a bad experience with an agent who was released from her broker which left me with a house that had zero showings and zero interest after 3 weeks. I found Dylan through a mutual friend who I highly respect. Gave him a call to talk about options. 24 hours later Dylan and his photographer was at my home taking photos and putting up signs. That day the home was listed for sale. That week I had 4 showings. After two weeks I had 8 showings and a possible buyer week 4 I had multiple offers and options. Dylan really marketed my home heavily giving it the attention it needed to sell. Dylan is very customer service focused and most importantly results driven.
