I inquired about a certain property that Dwell Realty had in Sep, 2023. A very professional, patient, understanding, and most importantly “friendly” realtor, Jonathon Whitehurst returned my call and I advised him that at the time I was merely only looking, I wasn’t ready to make a purchase.I informed him I would not waste hours time in showing me homes due to the fact I wasn’t ready to buy yet, but he asked what I was looking for in a home so he could begin to search and send me houses/properties that I may be interested in seeing in the areas I told him I was interested in living in. He totally understood, and would periodically call me to check and see where I was on making a purchase but mainly he was calling to build a life long friendship with myself and my wife!I called Jonathon in March of 2024 and told him about the 3 properties we were interested in and the 3rd home he showed us, he walked us thru every step and helped us to get into that home!I would highly highly recommend Jonathan to anyone who is looking to buy, or sell!!

Ramsey was phenomenal throughout the entire home search and homebuying process. He was so supportive and reassuring, as well as fantastic at communicating with us through all of our many questions. Sometimes working with realtors can feel very intimidating when you are an anxious person like myself, but not once did I ever feel judged. Ramsey was a very calming presence throughout the entire thing, and continued supporting us after our closing date. I have and will continue recommending him to anyone who shows any desire to sell or purchase a home.
