Dustin probably showed me at least 10+ houses and never once complained, and even reminded me to check into the tax implications of an investment home vs homestead. He did have to ‘talk me off the ledge’ at least twice with this insanely crazy real estate market, and it all worked out. I will definitely use Dustin again if I buy another home.

After starting with a realtor that was trying to use dirty tactics to rush me into buying a home I discovered Dustin. He was transparent that there were no bids on the home like the other realtor suggested, thats where the trust started building, he also pointed out foundation issues as being the reason why the home had no bids.Dustin walked me through about a dozen homes, pointing out construction flaws, when a home was over priced, and making a note of things that dont look right. He walks you through the process of buying, provides people to help with inspections to ensure youre requesting repairs and getting a fair price. He also has relationships with banks that will give you a fast, easy, and paperless!!!! process. Dustin even sent me a reminder about filing for homestead exemption a year later, and is always available for questions and checks up on you to see how your home is doing almost a year later. I WILL be using Dustin again, as hes very knowledgeable.I highly recommend Dustin to all my friends and family as a real estate agent to work with, he is the best!
