I feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of having Michelle represent me in my home search. I was living in Albuquerque, New Mexico when I received a job offer requiring a move to Waco. Without the time to travel to Texas and look at different homes, Michelle went to the homes, videotaped them with me on FaceTime and gave me the pros and cons. I settled on a home and closed at the end of August 2024. Im now living in my home and I love it. We had an excellent experience wit Duck Brothers Realty. We had to move from out of state with three tweens and he was very patient showing us all the school districts (and the best houses). Sharing pros/cons, etc. At the time, and still right now, quality houses sold fast. He was always responsive and helped us get into my preferred school for the girls with a house that works for us. Highly recommend / he know the entire area.

Brittney is top notch!!!! Our journey to find a place for our college son took about 3 months as the market was very competitive. Through the entire process Brittney was always on top of things…finding us listings, going to showings, video taping and sending detailed information of the homes. No matter the weather be it rainy, super cold, or sunny Brittney always had a great disposition, was out there finding properties, and always staying in touch with us. Brittney is professional, knowledgeable, and uses her resources well. She was great to work with and would work with her again in the future.

Nico Veloz is awesome! He listened to what I wanted in a house, and while I was working, he found me the house I bought. His attention to detail is outstanding! From offer signed to close and move in was just 13 days thanks to Nico. He guided me through each step and made sure I understood each action. As a Baylor student I was blessed to have alan as a landlord! After being awfully scammed by another property Mgmt company, my roommates and I became tenants at a duck brothers managed property within the baylor bubble which was in tip top shape. Any type of maintenance issue was fixed almost immediately compared to our landlords for Baylor students. If you can get a duck brothers managed property for off campus housing… DO IT!!!
