First time house owner so everything was new to me. Sophia was there from the beginning. She explained everything and made the whole process easy. She answered all my questions even those not directly related to the house purchase. I cant remember a single call She didnt answer or call me back. She was and is still there to answer all the questions I have and believe me I ask lots of questions.
