I recently had the pleasure of working with Argelia from Dream Work Realty to sell my home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Argelia was very professional. Her team was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority.At each step in the whole process, Argelia came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get us the best offer possible. I was extremely happy with the work of Argelia and her team throughout the entire process of buying our first house, and then again renting it for a short period while we were out of the country. Argelia explained what we should look for in a house, personally went with us to view many different houses, discussing the pros and cons of each, and then helped us negotiate the sale for several thousand less than anticipated. The house did require a number of minor repairs, which were done by Argelias network of contractors for very reasonable prices, and extremely little additional on our part other than saying what we wanted done. Argelias knowledge of the local market, experience negotiating, and network of repair-people is itself enough for a 5-star review. Then on top of doing the important stuff well, she takes the time to assist with all the minor hassles that take place after closing on a house.

This review is long overdue! Argelia and her wonderful team at Dream Work Realty helped us find a wonderful home in January 2020. Weve been so grateful for the efficiency and care that went into it, especially as the market heated up considerably after COVID-19 hit.We should first mention that this is the second time that weve leveraged Argelias help. We utilized her services when we moved in 2017.This second round was as smooth as the first time. Argelia moved incredibly fast, being attentive to our specific needs and the market conditions. She found the house the morning of the listing and we were able to tour it the day of, making an offer the very same day. Despite competing with 4 other offers, she was able to have us meet the offer without overspending. Our offer won, which reflected Argelias deep understanding of the value of the house and the neighborhood.It didnt stop there! As the inspection revealed some issues, she was able to further negotiate a rebate, despite facing a difficult seller. The final challenge was timing with the loan, which cleared on the final day of the contract. Argelia was incredible in bringing calm to this stressful process, making sure that our questions were answered while safeguarding our sanity.Argelia and her team (Erika, Sally, Argelia Barba) truly reflect the best that one could ask from a realtor: honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, deep care of the client.

I cannot thank the entire Dreamwork Realty team for everything they did for my family in the last 16 months or so. I interviewed several realtors in town and decided to go with Argelia Bearden after some personal recommendations. Couldn’t have made a better decision. We started the process in August of 2019 turning to Argelia to help us purchase a new home and sell our existing home. Little did we know what would happen in 2020 but Argelia and her executive assistant Sally were nothing but amazing throughout the entire process. Communication was never lacking and they were always attentive to our needs. Throughout the entire build process, they were both very active in every step away.The real fun began once we were about to list our home. We were always a bit hesitant to list early as we did not want to move out of our home until our new home was ready. A lot of stress occurred but Argelia knew exactly what to do and when to list. We put our trust in her. She had all the items needed to stage our home and we were able to sell opening weekend with multiple offers. We sold our home above asking price and negotiated a lease back to keep us in the home until we closed on the other! That started the clock on the new home builder and Argelia and Sally were on top of everything. Despite not physically being at closing due to COVID, they caught a critical mistake that would’ve caused me to lose over $1000 that I wasn’t expecting.All in all, I consider the team at Dreamwork Realty my friends. Sadly, far too many agents are whom obviously take making a profit first and everything else second. I have bought a house more than once and this time around it truly felt like a family affair than a business transaction. A bit of advice, listen to Argelia. I initially worked with a corporate lender who rhymed with Mocket Rortgage and was given the run around with closing date, closing cost transparency, and responses to my questions. Trust Argelia and go with her suggested contacts. The mortgage team she originally suggested (who I went with in the end) got more done in 1.5 weeks than the previous company did in 1.5 months. Argelia is highly knowledgeable of the El Paso areas and gives you her honest opinion. You can tell by her enthusiasm that she enjoys helping people navigate this extremely complicated process they call home buying.

We are fortunate to have Argelia as our realtor. She worked around the clock to help us find our dream home. She is the most knowledgeable and most professional realtor in the city. It is unfortunate that uneducated realtors and sellers are able to post ratings that reflect their lack of integrity. Its a shame Lera L. doesnt mention how she sold her property and left it full of trash and dog feces for the new owner to pick up. The yard was let go and the pool was neglected. The list goes on. Not clear why people take it personal when they are called out on their inappropriate behavior. Yes Argelia addressed these issues and out of retaliation, a false rating is posted on google. If you are lucky to have Argelia as your realtor you will know she is 5🌟!
