Highly recommend this group for your Houston area realty needs. First, this is a real review. We used Devin Caskey as our townhome realtor and had input from his management team under the guidance of Suede Castillo. These guys were professional, quick, and extremely knowledgeable of the Houston region. Finding a number of prospective places was made easy by Devin and ultimately the signing and leasing process was smooth. Again, I highly recommend anyone looking for rentals or buying homes within the Houston area to start with these guys. A really enjoyable process overall. Thanks!!

As a new Houston resident, I was in quite the scramble to find a new home. My friends recommended Tatiana Neagu as she had secured their homes in the past.Upon contacting Tatiana, she was immediately welcoming and informed me that she would take care of everything from searching for prospective residences to contacting those places and setting up appointments. When I arrived, Tatiana was incredibly informative, thorough, and ensured that all the specials and concessions were correct and accurate.Additionally, when I ran into some issues finalizing my lease, Tatiana reached out to the complex for me and ensured everything was correct. Overall, Tatiana was absolutely amazing, and I recommend her services and expertise to anyone who is looking for a new place to live!

I had such a great experience working with Tatiana Neagu! I relocated to Houston from Orlando and only had a weekend available to visit and look at apartments and she made the process seamless and found me the most perfect apartment! I even referred her to a friend of mine that needed to find an apartment asap and they had a great experience as well. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I worked with JD Adamson and Tony Gibson to buy and sell my first home this month. The experience from beginning to end has been absolutely fantastic. Tatiana Neagu has helped me find the apartments of my dreams for the past 3 years. I prefer short term leases (i.e. 12 months), and I can not emphasize enough how helpful she is. Tatiana followed all the needs/wants I was looking for at that particular time and made the moving process so peaceful and easy. She does all the hard work and I just have to sign the contract at the end, on top of that her services are free!

I was extremely impressed with our incredible realtor, Avi Shaleg- based out of Houston! He was super professional and really looked out for our well being! My husband and I have very difficult schedules and an 18 month old, and Avi always worked around our time! He was always honest and gave his professional opinion- we could not have become first time home owners without him!! Highly highly highly recommend!

I reached out to Aliona Henry when I saw an apartment featured on her IG stories that looked like a perfect match for me. She was quick to make an appointment for me so I can go see it. It turned out not to be a perfect match, so I had requested a few more options. She made a list and made several more appointments for me to tour other properties meeting my preferred criteria. It took time, but I finally found the one I wanted and found out today that I was approved for my new home. Aliona was on the spot, with every request and question that I came up with.I’m so thankful for all of her help.
