Levy was God-sent. He has that calm and confidence at the same time. Straight forward yet gentle.The initials of his name appeared in my dream 2 days before I even knew, or met him, as his initials was the nickname of my Aunt, and realized it was so the day after the meeting for consultation and pricing. Few hours after the listing went live in MLS, people scheduled to see the place, on a Monday, gloomy and wet because of the weather; yet, at that same day, the buyers relentlessly pursued, and also wanted to close fast, less than a month.
