I cannot say enough good things about Dos Pueblos Realty! We have used them in every capacity they offer. We first rented one of their properties for 2 years. We have rented from multiple companies and I can say Dos Pueblos has far exceeded every other company. Lorraine cares about her residents. The issues we had at the rental house were quickly addressed. We only moved out because we purchased a home. We unexpectedly transferred cities 1 year later, and knew right away what company we want to manage our rental property. Lorraine handled everything with ease and got our house rented out quickly. She took very good care of the tenets. When they moved out, she quickly orchestrated all necessary touch ups to keep our beautiful house looking new. When we were ready to sell our house Jaclynn handled everything for us, all while we lived out of town. She hosted an open house the first weekend it was empty and was able to secure a contract that weekend. The whole selling process was very simple and headache free because of Jaclynn. I highly recommend this company.

As the home owner of the rental property, Dos Pueblos Realty did an outstanding job maintaining the property and the renter issues. I have read many of the post and can tell you Lorraine is very knowlegable and strict with renters. She will take care of the owners. So for those looking for a property manager, she is great to have on you side.

We appreciate Sandra showing us a place and helping us with the lease contract while under the weather and for Lorraine promptly contacting the owner for questions we initially had. We especially liked the quick response to some work requests and inquiries, although some still need to be addressed.We did have some problem with locating the garage opener and garage door operation that were later resolved.Thank you Dos Pueblos!

Move in to the rental property with this company was effortless. Even though there was issues with the home the team was able to coordinate and handle it in a timely manner. Every request that has been made Lorraine has responded promptly. Really appreciate that. Hoping it continues to be this way as our lease of the home continues through the remainder of the year.

If you are a homeowner (hint: Military types) and looking for a GREAT property manager, this is the team to use! Our property has been managed for over two years now and it is stress free. Especially with us being so far from it across the country.Ignore the low star ratings here, this team really puts in the work and they do not over charge you. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ive rented from Dos Pueblos twice and both times I had a great experience. We are a military family and they have made each move in, and out extremely easy. Repairs were always made the same day or immediately the following morning. Communication and bill pay are easy with their online system. I definitely recommend them.

This is a great company to put in charge of your home. Very responsive. National chain property managers probably place people in your home faster but vetting people is something this company takes seriously. I have been with Lorraine for over 7 years and wouldnt switch for anything. Highly recommend.

Good atmosphere and Sandra was very helpful with finding a place quick. Everything was done mostly electronically, so there was no need to come to the office unless we were needed there.
