Donna wall has been my agent for over 7 years. She recently helped me sell my rental house in Grand Prairie. Previously, she sold me 2 other houses in the DFW area. She is very knowledgable about the market and gives good guidance and advice on selling your home. My house needed some updates/repairs to help it get a good price on the market. She helped me decide what made the most sense to invest money in. I felt comfortable taking her advice and feel I got the best price. My house looked amazing once everything was ready. I met Donna over 12 years ago when I was interviewing for a job in the DFW area. I took an extra few days to look at real estate and I went to one of Donna’s open house. Of all the realtors I met that weekend, Donna was the one that followed up and provided listing for me to review. Within a few months I ended up using Donna as my agent when I purchased a house. She provided great help negotiating the deal, and she has a team of inspectors who are excellent at identifying any issue. Ten years later, Donna sold my house during peak market. Five days on the market, multiple cash offers, and it sold significantly over list. Recently I purchased a new home, and Donna helped find the place, negotiated the deal and made closing go smoothly. Donna helped us sell our first house together. She went above and beyond for us. Our house was sold over a weekend time frame and above asking. Donna’s expertise in the field of reality made for a smooth closing. She met with us to go over the process, had someone come out to take amazing photos of the property and continues communication throughout everything.
