The only rental company I used when I lived in Texas that was actually commendable. Rented for a few years from them because they were so good. Very military friendly. Rare to find a company that wont try to squeeze money from you over everything and they are honest and fair. Staff is also friendly. Recommended. Mr. Mcmullin is a good guy. -

Rented from Mcmullin for 3 years. They always responded to any maintenance issues very quickly. They also have a great office staff that is always super friendly and helpful. I also like their rental portal which makes it easy to keep track of payments and maintenence issues. -

My husband and I have been renting a 3 bedroom house for a year now. Great tenant support! They are always very prompt when an issue arises. The maintenance man is a diligent worker, and will always try his best to fix any problems. Rent is very good here compared to Killeen places. -

I have been renting from Donlie McMullin Since 2009. They have always responded to work order requests. Which got even better when they set it up online. They have always answered any questions I had. When done properly I got reimbursed in a timely manner for any repairs that I did to the property. I have been very pleased being a tenant in all 3 different locations that I have rented from them. If I happen to be living in there area again in the future they will be the first people I call. -

Iβve been renting a property for over two years now, and they are fantastic! The last company we rented from ran us out because the structure was literally falling apart. DMP didnβt even hesitate to get us into a home even after the long battle with the last company. The ladies in the office are wonderful and so is the maintenance man. Any time Iβve had a maintenance issue, someone has came to our rescue the same day or the following. They do a quarterly inspection and never had a single issue. If I could give 10 stars, I would! -
