This has been the second time we have worked with Don. And he has always met our expectations. He is always available and very professional. And provides the best recommendations and services. We are greatly appreciative for everything youve done for our family.Most definitely we would recommend his services!The above review is from 3 years ago.However it won’t allow me to add an additional review.This year I’ve had the opportunity once again to work with Don, it’s been a blessing. My kids and myself are now new homeowners. We could not be more grateful. Anytime I have a concern Don has gone out his way to assist me. I would recommend him highly I’ve have had the experience to know and work with him since my son was 4.Thank you once again Don, we are truly grateful.

This is long overdue. I had a lake lot at Lake Whitney. I hadnt been to the lot in many, many years. I called Don, who had handled the sale & purchase of another house for my son, & asked if he would try to sell the lot for me. He took on the job. He had to go above the call of duty. Just to put his sign on the lot he had to put on his snake boots & cutting tools to clear a spot. We settled on a price & he worked diligently to show the uncleaned lot to prospected buyers & didnt settle until he found one that met our price. He handled all paperwork & legal language very professionally. I was very please with the way he broke things down for me as I am not very legal or tech savvy. I would highly recommend Don to handle the sale or purchase of any property. He is fair & honest & works for his clients. Thank you Don.

Him and Victoria make a great team and are transparent with all your options on buying a home. They put their customer’s interests before theirs and make sure you are getting the best deal out there. Don was incredibly quick to line up a large selection of homes within our budget to view. He was always available to talk, answer questions, or address our concerns. Once we found and purchased our new home, Don continued to offer local support well after we were settled in.Don also helped us out with the sale of the home we left. He managed to get multiple viewings and a great offer within a couple weeks during a time of market uncertainty and volatility.We werent just another customer, but made to feel like we had a friend. Don Baker is the BEST realtor you will ever find. His professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market is amazing. He has assisted our family in buying three homes and we always feel confident when working with him. My son had a bad experience with a realtor in the past and lost a considerable amount of money on a real estate transaction because of the lack of knowledge by the realtor. I stepped in and advised my son to only use Don Baker as his realtor. That would have never happened with Don Baker. His knowledge and professionalism assures you that he will protect your investment.

Don and Victoria showed us that there are many pathways to home ownership. Introducing us to Home Partners of America was one of the best experiences weve ever had. It was such an easy process. The few times that we called, we were able to speak to a representative right away and they were able to answer any questions that we had. Home Partners is an excellent pathway to home ownership.

My words can’t express the emotions and joy I’m feeling. Don Baker (Fathom Realty) and Victoria Baker (Southwest Funding) are Phenomenon!! In the beginning I was very nervous and dumbfounded about the whole process… wasn’t sure if I was going to qualify and thinking the process would take forever. Victoria is a GENIUS at what she does with those numbers. OhMyGosh! and Don… let me tell you about Don. He is one of the most honest, kindest, most patient person I’ve come around across. (I tend to be a hand full at times) This was my first home and I was very “undecided” (for lack if better words) about what I wanted and where I wanted to reside. Don (always smiling) never changed his tone or showed any frustration. Never made me feel any type of way when I kept changing my mind and had a million and one questions. I would see a house, call Don and by days end we were viewing the home. Don and Victoria were ALWAYS available day and night… and trust me, there were times. I expected this to be a lengthy process; however it wasn’t. I started in August, was in my home by December. I really appreciate and Love them for all they’ve done… they’re like family now. I am Very Big on Great customer service and they are just that. I will be forever Grateful and will refer to everyone. God Bless you… your hard work is much Appreciate. 🙏🏾

First let me say Don Baker is my brother.During this experience I have learned that Don is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and goes the extra mile for his customers. An asset I appreciate is communication. Don always kept me informed and as the DFW market is so fluid yet few prospects you can easily get discouraged.Heres the best part. He handled the sale of my home, and I was more than satisfied with the outcome. $$$ profit. He handled my purchase and saved me almost $30k during the process. His knowledge and experience was spot on predicting what would happen with both the sale and the purchase.I recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.
