How many people can say they miss talking with their real estate agent after escrow has closed? I can!Cindy de la Garza and I have literally never met in person because I hired her on the recommendation of my former property manager three states away. Despite the distance, Cindy treated me like a close friend and one that shed be there for no matter what.Over the years, she helped me find a wonderful tenant for my rental property. She saw to it that the condo was ready to show prospective tenants, even when that meant a trip to Home Depot so she could glue down a piece of cabinet that was sticking up in the kitchen.When I later decided to sell the condo, I was excited to get to work with Cindy again as my realtor. She did *not* disappoint. When the condo inspection turned up some unexpected water damage from an upstairs unit, Cindy did what she does best and went to work getting various estimates for the repair and oversaw everything on my behalf. All during a pandemic and the extra red tape that this entailed with the homeowner association.The sale went through on time and I am so relieved and happy and satisfied! This never could have happened with a less dedicated and engaged agent.My only regret is that I dont have another Dallas property so I could keep working with her!
