DJ was super nice, worked very hard for us pretty much 24/7, protected us from making the wrong choice with option periods and great inspections (we pulled out of 2 offers before closing on the 3rd). She negotiated the asking price with sellers, trying to get us the best deal. She knows everyone. She gave us contacts for so many people we needed - trades, contractors, inspectors, attorneys - you name it. We chatted with dozens of pushy realtors who wanted to represent us and increase our budget before meeting DJ. We chose her and never looked back. We most likely closed on our house because DJ was such a kind agent and worked so well with the sellers who were about to take the home off the market. She rocks - pick her as your agent.

I had the pleasure of working with DJ recently when we purchased or home in Georgetown. This is not my first rodeo in home buying and I can honestly say this was the best experience we have had. Nothing like the others before. I was dreading buying a house again and the tedious process involved. But guess what... DJ makes everything easy! Shes like the human version of the easy button! Every question we had (and there were a TON), every hurdle we had to clear, she was right by our side, answering them all with a smile on her face and holding our hand over every obstacle. I would tell her of a house we saw and she would know right off the bat what was around it and what the neighborhood was like. This was extremely important to us since we are raising a little 2 year old and all that comes with that. We changed our wants a few times in the process of buying and never once did I feel like we were putting DJ out of her way. Oh Lordy, where do I start? My husband and I met DJ through Celebration church about a year ago. She gave us her card because we talked about wanting to buy. Fast forward a year, we found a fixer upper we LOVED, which ended up not working out (definitely part of Gods plan) but she ended up finding us our perfect fixer upper. Because of COVID, it made the process of closing very difficult on everyone’s part. DJ handled it as if she had been doing this for years. She’s such a pro but just as personal. She genuinely cares.
