Jana was awesome to work with! She really puts forth a lot of effort to market a property using many avenues to make sure it is seen, presented well and sold quickly. She told us when listing “be ready to move” and she wasn’t wrong! She was extremely easy to work with selling our property, helped us with the purchase of a business property that was listed with another realtor and helped with a quick sell of another property of ours. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from her in all 3 transactions and highly recommend her to everyone. If you want it sold quick, Dixon realty will get it done!

I had the pleasure of working with Stacy Eddy on a home purchase. She’s the absolute best in the business! She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and not afraid to roll up her sleeves. She provided “over-the-top” customer service and her communication was impressive! On top of that, she was able to negotiate additional contributions from the seller to help her client lock in a great rate and bring less money at closing. I highly recommend Jana Carpenter. She made selling my land easy. Even though I live out of town and shared the land with my sister, Jana was there every step of the way for both of us. We didnt know anything about the land and Jana did a lot of research on it to make sure we knew our options. She is very knowledgeable and responds to text and calls very fast. So here’s our story:We bump into Jana Dixon-carpenter about 2 years ago in Walmart immediately after talking with my wife about buying a house. I’ve known Jana for almost my entire life, so of course: a conversation strikes. We find out she’s a real estate agent and that basically settled who we were going to use. 2 years of hard work rebuilding our credit and saving money (all the while Jana is checking in on us every month)... we get approved for a loan. Rainbows and unicorns right? Wrong. There are no houses in our area that have our specifications/price range and are ready to move in. It felt like a set back. Somehow, this house pops up on the market at 11:30 PM the next night. I text Jana hoping not to wake her, and she responded. Unfortunately, Jana was representing the seller. Enter left stage: Chance Taylor, Jana’s son. Chance showed us the house the next day, and we knew it was exactly what we wanted. I asked Chance to put a contract on the house that day to avoid any delays and within 24 hours we had a contract. We are even under the suspicion that he stayed up until 3 am writing our contract. We are in our forever home with almost all of the credit going to this real estate company especially Jana Dixon-carpenter and Chance taylor. Chance even gifted us with a house warming present (which he absolutely didn’t have to do) these are good people that you need in your corner when making a financial decision that is as huge as buying a home. In short: we needed a miracle... Chance and Jana delivered that miracle on a silver platter. There’s not much else that I can say about how wonderful these two people (and this agency) are.

Me and my husband were first time homebuyers in August of 2019. We got in touch with Jana from Zillow and she was absolutely amazing! She walked us through the entire process. Explained everything we needed to know and always got back to us within minutes. Believe me I had a lot of questions and she never once made me feel like I was a burden. She also was able to put me in touch with anyone I needed to speak to ex. Insurance people, inspectors ect. Jana has such a good heart and cares about her clients. I recommend her to everyone I know whose looking to buy and look forward to using her in the future!

Made the mistake of choosing a realtor from Killeen to sell my home, I regret that decision. Chance was the buyers agent and he worked directly with me when my realtor lacked in communications. Chance even helped me get the best estimates to have the deck redone and the property surveyed. A real class act and ibwish Id have went with Dixon Realty without them the house wouldnt have sold as fast as it did!

Dixon Realty Team sets the leading edge for others agents to thrive for. They have gone above the call to deliver the most professional experience Ive ever had. I have bought 4 houses and some land plots through them. Jana is always there ready togo and gets things done fast.... I think her motto is I wanna it done now!!....as she was placing a for sale sign in my yard at night time to make sure it was ready togo the next day without any delays!! That follows her throughout the entire process with getting contracts signed, being a tough negotiator, setting up appointments (she has even stood in my place when I wasnt available to make sure an appraisal got done), answered any questions Ive ever had which all boils down to smooth transactions and very fast closing!! Another benefit of the Dixons are they are native to the area, which means they know everyone in town... need anything.... Jana knows who to call. Looks for a house,?...she probably knows one that going on the market soon that no one knows about. Need help with buying your first rental or flip house....Jana and her son Chance got it covered. Honestly if your going with another agent and you dont get that Awesome Feeling when its all done..... thats your fault as I told you Dixon Realty is the Best!!. You should have listened!!!
