Tori is amazing! She knows the market, listed the house at a much higher price point than I expected, and she got the full asking price in a cash sale! Even when we encountered difficulty with the first title company, and it was clear that closing was going to be delayed, Tori went to work! She found another title company, and we were cleared to close less than a week after we made the switch! I highly recommend her services. PS Nicole did an excellent job staging the home as well.
