If you wan an agent that knows the ins and outs of buying land, Yolanda is your agent. This was my first real estate purchase and I was very confused and stressed and had a lot of questions. My last agent, who is an outstanding man, didnt have the answers that I needed, when I needed them with regards to land purchases. By chance, I stumbled upon Yolanda through Realtor.com. I thought I was trying to get in touch with the selling agent to ask some questions but instead I was put in touch with Yolanda. Within 20 minutes (and without asking for them) I received an e-mail containing 9 land listings in the area that I was looking. The second e-mail contained their survey plats and their deed restrictions and legal descriptions, IN 20 MINUTES! Shes delightful to deal with and is always there to answer any questions you have. Shes a pro and not to mention a broker as well. I am very happy with my decision.
