Jessica is the best! SHES THE ONE! When buying or selling real estate there are so many choices in agencies, but I cant recommend this company enough! The whole process of buying and selling property is such a hassle, but they literally took care of EVERYTHING when purchasing my personal and investment properties as well. She reviewed every document with accuracy and proficiency, as she pointed out errors in many contracts. The breadth of knowledge Jessica has is unmatched. A few years ago, my husband and I decided to retire and move to Houston. We searched homes for over a year with little help from local real estate agents. Then in walks Jessica Hendricks, who not only helped us find a beautiful home, but took the time to educated us on Texas real estate law, and went to bat on our behalf with sellers like no one else had done. What was turning out to be a disaster was changed to a refreshing experience. Not only did she negotiate brilliantly for us, but since then, Jessica has kept in contact with us to make sure we are doing ok with our purchase and to answer any questions.
