I had a great experience with Annie and Kenney. They made buying a house such a breeze! As first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. They were incredibly patient and understanding. They took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever I needed them. I picked my home first day of viewing as they showed me exactly what I wanted and some more for additional ideas. Highly recommended!

Annie & Kenny with Dillard Realty Team are absolute amazing; they together build on each one’s strengths (familiarity with property areas/zones, architecture, school zones, pricing, negotiation skills, financing, etc.,) to satisfy the needs of their client. Annie and Kenney also get to know/understand the client in order to focus on the client’s needs long term, and do not try to simply rush the client to purchase/sell.I only wish I could not these two agents a rating higher than “5”

First, I want to say Im happy with my experience working with the Dillard Realty Team. After I inquired about a listing, Kenney reached out and immediately introduced me to his real estate agent, Shea Solar. Shea is very professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients. After a bad experience working with another agent, meeting Shea was a blessing! I would definitely recommend you work with the Dillard Realty Team for your real estate needs because their team is hardworking and gets the job done!!

Very Professional. Personal attention. Staged my home so well I would have seriously considered not seller, but I had already moved to my new home.My had been on the Market and held by two (2) other agents. After listing with Dillard Realty Team, w/in 5 weeks I had 3 bids on the table at the same time.And after 6 years, they continue to nurture and support their customers with social events throughout the year.Highly recommend.

Got to say... Bought and Sold a few houses. But not once in doing so the last 25 Years have I had a more professional and personal experience with this team. Amazing Team!!!I had a great experience working with the Dillard Realty Team. Prior to working with them, my husband and I had another realtor, whom did not go above and beyond to take us to closing. After trying to find a home for a few months with no luck, we decided to find a different realtor. A quick Google search led us to this company. Bailey was our realtor and she was amazing!! She went above and beyond to ensure we got just what we wanted. Her level of communication was top tier. Within a week we made on offer and it was accepted.
