I messaged Chris and asked him to find me a spacious apartment with an office. Immediately Chris started sending over suggestions and matched me with my dream apartment at the nicest brand new high rise in Dallas.Moving from out of town isn’t easy, Chris went and toured the property and sent videos and pictures. I applied and was approved next day for an immediate move in.Chris is amazing and helped out every step of the way, I will be recommending Chris to anyone who is looking to move in the Dallas area. Lauryn Rayburn renewed our hope in apartment locators. We had some pretty bad experiences with other locating companies (e.g. being ghosted, agents not taking our requests into consideration, etc.), but Lauryn has always gone above and beyond. She listens, she cares about finding a place that you will love, and shes extremely dedicated. I would recommend her to anyone that is need of finding a new place! I have been long time friends with Chris, and he has always helped me in finding my new home. 4 moves so far and many more to go! Needless to say, every single one of those people still use Chris till this day, and theres a reason for that. He is attentive to your needs, as in actually takes the time to follow up and makes sure everything goes smoothly for the what-can-be stressful process before a move.
