Did an amazing job, Jaclyn went above and beyond when it came to communicating what all the steps were and never made me feel bad for asking tons of questions. So if you’re new to this buying a home thing I don’t think there could have been a better choice. If you want someone who picks up the phone when you call and isn’t afraid to find a deal you found your agent!

We hired Susan as first time homebuyers and we knew nothing. She was so patient and walked us through everything with ease. It was over before we even knew it! Got us into a great house that exceeded our expectations of our first buy.So when we went to sell that home we of course used her again and we were under contract within 4 days with our asking price! She is seriously a miracle worker and went above and beyond to help us get our home ready to sell. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else

We used Betty Joyce Fish of DeBrew Realty to buy our home in 2020, and we were so blessed from start to finish. From showing us multiple homes and then showing us the one we ended up buying multiple times, to helping us get ready for our open house - the photographer was stellar! - to hosting a super successful open house, to answering all of the bajillion questions we had during the process of making an offer on our new house, to knowing the details of a contract backwards and forwards, to talking with the lender, to making sure every “t” was crossed and “i” was dotted in this entire process, we have been incredibly impressed and so very blessed! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and filled with integrity. She pays attention to detail and we felt very confident in her ability to act on our behalf. Susan is not only always available (her Birthday, Christmas… the list goes on) but amazingly capable and gracious. Being buyers during the 2021-2022 housing market was an incredible challenge due to rising house prices and a competitive market. Betty at Debrew Realty met the challenge with grace and integrity.Over the last year and half, she showed us probably north of 40 homes, 2/3rd of which we bid on, but were rejected due to being out bid. We finally landed our dream home in August this year as the market was slowing down.All throughout the process, Betty was available to show us houses and put together an offer on short notice. Had a great experience all around, from the first interaction with Christina from this office to the closing. They were able to help with a lender referral and it went so smooth. Always available, even at 9:00 pm! I will definitely be using this office again for my next purchase.
