Destiny knows what she is doing and is not afraid to tell you, her client, NO to a home. Once she learns what you want, you have nothing to worry about. I used Destiny when looking for my first home and it was... a process! She was there every step of the way and even now, 3 years later, she checks in with me. I sent her a house to view that I was interested in and she set up the viewing. We arrived a few minutes late and she was already back at the car and told me Nope! Next one on the list. She knew that home was not right for what I wanted/needed. I fully trusted Destiny and she did not disappoint!I recommend her to everyone looking to buy, and even rent!

Destiny was a great person to work with on buying our first house she answered all our questions and got us in to see any of the house we wanted to see. The best thing was she really went to bat for us after the house didn’t appraise and helped us get the house for what it was worth and we didn’t have to come out of pocket for the difference.
