The houses are like those of most real estate agencies, it is a closed subdivision with an entrance booth that gives you some security, it is located next to an important avenue which makes you reach your destination quickly, in my personal opinion the houses are overpriced (although this happens throughout the city) and they put on their efforts to sell them to you, for example, they do not respect the price at which you reserve it and they do not have exact dates for delivery, it has a green area which is just fine, it is located on top from the city which is a great advantage, there is a university very close, this subdivision has great potential but it definitely needs to improve and finish the houses that are pending.

The design of even the smallest house is beautiful, good distribution of space, affordable price and the surveillance camera works very well. At night there is good lighting, and it gives you the confidence to go out for a walk knowing that it is a safe place.
