Yesterday was our closing! Yes, we are very excited to say that you, Mr Matthew, have been a true blessing with your awesome knowledge on marketing in selling our home. If you need to sell a house or buy a house in the Fort Polk area I recommend using Derridder, LA Real Estate. The process is transparent from start to finish and Mr. Thompson works hard to make sure you get in the right place and that you know the other circumstances surrounding the area where you are planning on living. If you are moving locally this company makes the most sense, because its provides the use of a moving truck which can save you a significant amount. I rated this service as four stars because nothing is perfect, but if you want to make the process as painless as possible I would use this company.

Today, we closed on the sale of our Main St home and we’re finally relieved of the stress of trying to keep up both places! 🙌🏻 A big thanks to Matthew Thompson of Deridder La Real Estate, LLC for getting us there! There were some hiccups along the way but he stayed calm when I was having a hard time! Lol. The fact that he also own DeRidder Rentals was a bonus because he saved us a couple of times when we needed equipment quickly to do some unexpected dirt work before closing! 🙌🏻 Now we’re going to relax and figure out which one of his vacation rentals we’re going to take advantage of (another added bonus 🙌🏻) 😉! If your looking to buy or sell, consider giving him a call!

So here it is in a nutshell.....if you are in the market to buy a house or sell a house DeRidder Real estate is the place for you. I had a house on the market for 6 1/2 months, not really getting the kind of attention to detail that a customer would expect. In less than 1 week and with little to no advertising except a chance post on social media by my new agent Matthew Thompson, my house was as good as sold. What an exemplary realtor, with so much to offer in the way of customer service one would expect. Daily calls and updates with the process and literally bent over backward to seal the deal.
