Dennis has absolutely gone way above and beyond what I could have ever asked from a realtor. I highly, highly recommend him. He has helped us with many issues that he really didnt have to, but was always happy to help. This is the second property he has helped our family sell and I will use him again if I have to sell another one.

Dennis was my sons baseball coach 15 years ago. In that 15 years, he has ALWAYS been a mentor of hard work, compassion, selfless giving, and overall a genuinely good man. I can attest to his abilities and sincere desire to go above and beyond for every single person he crosses paths. When my son (25), decided he wanted to buy a home, he called Dennis. My son had Dennis driving all over Ellis County after work and late in the evening most times. Dennis greeted us with a smile at every single showing regardless of the time.
