We have moved many times and lived in 5 states so have had experiences with realtors. Denise Hanti is the best of the best. She helped us sell our home and buy our forever home. It was such a great experience we recommended her to our daughter and son-in-law when they sold their home. Since then I have recommended her to friends relocating from out of state and she helped them successfully find new homes in a very competitive market. She is educated, honest, ethical and will always give you the best advice based on her research and knowledge. Buying a home is one of the most expensive things you do. Wow! I cannot imagine there is a better realtor than Denise Hanti. Her customer-centric approach to helping us find our new home was beyond our expectations. It is very hard to exceed our expectations, however, she did. Her attention to detail in matching the homes on the market fitting our profile and needs was amazing. Denises written and verbal communication, including listening to our needs/wishes was impeccable. Whether by text, email, or a phone call, she made sure we were communicated with at the highest levels. We relocated to North Texas from Florida and had contacted Denise prior to putting our Florida home on the market, She was so kind as to make calls to the Keller Williams office in our town in Florida to interview potential agents to for us to market our home. She found the perfect agent for us and we could not have been happier with the realtor she connected us with to list our home. Her levels of professionalism, along with her character and integrity were amazing. We were totally comfortable putting our trust in Denise for our home purchase and we could not recommend her more highly. I can’t say enough good things about Denise Hanti with Good to be Home Group! We were looking to buy a house and only had a weekend to find one. Denise proactively lined up showings, and areas for us to see, and we were able to purchase our dream home that weekend. But it doesn’t stop there - at the time we were living in Iowa, so we were unable to check on the house during construction. Denise came by the house regularly to check on things and be our “eyes”. Since we are new to the area, Denise often sends us a text with things going on in the area, and sent us a subscription to D Magazine, which has tons of great info.Additionally we have a family member that is moving to another area in Texas that was struggling with a realtor they were working with. I called Denise and she gave him a call, and connected him with a colleague who is currently helping him and his family buy their dream home! Nothing in it for her, but meant the world to me and my family - that’s the type of person she is!Denise is nothing short of a life saver and a miracle worker.
