Bryan and his team at DEN Properties are AMAZING! Bryan helped me purchase my condo at Milago, the process was smooth and without complication. Later he helped me list the property for lease. Every time he finds the perfect tenant that fits my needs and times. He was patient and helped me find the right tenant. His guidance saved me from making mistakes and led to a better negotiation. Mack at Den Property Group is an incredible agent to work with! As a first time homebuyer working with a relatively tight purchasing window, I certainly had some nerves going through the process. Mack made sure to walk me thoroughly through every detail and answer every question I had which was extremely helpful in calming some of those first time homebuyer nerves! I felt extremely confident going into close that Mack had dotted every “i” and crossed every “t”.
