I have sold a number of homes with Delisa, and I must say I cant imagine using anyone else. Delisa looks at the home and gives it her magic touch, she buys things it needs to make it more modern and understands what buyers are looking for. Then for the bigger ticket items, her husband is a fantastic contractor who does amazing work with good prices to get your home in tiptop condition ready for sale. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of selling three homes with Delisa, and I can honestly say I wouldnt choose or trust anybody else. Her Husband Greg is also a huge part of the dream team who makes a run down home into a dream home within a week, with his fantastic team of top professionals. You spend money to make money and Delisa and Greg Know exactly what to do to gain interest from buyers. I have had all three homes sell right away, as buyers fall in love with the look and feel of the homes they renovate. If I could give them a TEN stars it still wouldnt be enough for their quality of work. Highly recommended...

Delisa is one of the best agents around. I have worked with her to both sell and purchase a new home, and am now looking for land to buy/build on. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including morning, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question, explained all the forms and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She organized last minute showings and put up with my indecisiveness as I narrowed my search down. Buying and selling a home in this market and area (Keller/Fort Worth) is very challenging, as the market is in a constant state of fluctuation, but working with Delisa made it as painless and straightforward as possible.
