She passed away in May which was difficult in itself but to go through the selling of her home which she dearly loved for over 50 years could have been an extremely difficult process. Not so with DeLin. She took over with kindness, compassion, understanding of what we were going through and was a total joy to work with. Delin is amazing. My husband and I met her 2.5 years ago when we started looking to move..at an open house. We connected so well we both (my hubby and I) knew we had to use her for when we were FINALLY ready to sell.She patiently waited for those 2.5 years checking in on us, dropping off goodies, never ever pushy. She came over one night last minute when I was freaking out about paint colors, we hadnt even signed a contract that she was our realtor yet, however she was willing to come in an let me know thoughts, give advice etc.She went the extra millions (not just a mile) of miles for us. She warned us not to use a certain credit union for our loan but we pushed forward with them any how and it was a crazy roller coaster. She never made us feel like She told us so. Its not an easy market right now yet we were able to get our house on the market and it was sold in 14 days, an offer in on it after just 2 open houses and one private viewing.She called it when she met the buyers at our open house the first time that she felt like they would buy our home and sure enough! Delin has excellent Intuition, spunk and goes the extra mile for you. I would HIGHLY recommend using her if you want the best realtor on your side whose willing to fight for you if needed! (even after hours;)
