Delilahs attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate business makes her the very best real estate agent that we have ever worked with in our 30 years of buying and selling homes. Delilah took every precaution necessary to keep everyone safe while selling our house during the current pandemic. Delilah and her team were very hands on and helped prepare our house for sale including ordering a book with our historic home in it for potential buyers to see. We also bought a home with Delilah where her expertise and knowledge of homes got us a great deal on our home. The sale of our house and purchase of our new house was seamless as Delilah anticipated any potential road blocks and dealt with them quickly. Finally,Delilah is a pleasure to spend time with as she is a warm, kind, and sincere person. We would recommend Delilah with complete confidence and we would definitely use her again in the future.

Delilah is wonderful agent! We would not have gotten this house without her. I really liked her not only because of her knowledge, but also her personality. She will treat her client like her friends or family, truly works for us, and stands for us. For any future home purchases or sales, I would choose Delilah. She was less concerned about making a sale, but rather focused on making sure that I was in the RIGHT home. She alerted me to things I would have never noticed, she worked above and beyond in hours and effort, and she always maintained her professionalism. I was fortunate to meet her, work with her, and do business with her. After working with 4 other agents over the years, she is the only one I can honestly say is 100% about the client and not her own personal interests. I highly recommend Delilah.

Delilah is the best real estate agent Ive ever worked with -- and I have realtors in the family. She is honest, incredibly hard working and doesnt miss a detail. Weve worked with Delilah to both purchase and sell a home. When we were buying, she advised against one property, even though it would have been an easy commission for her (it was the first home she showed us), because she was worried about some of the things she saw around the house. When we were selling, she helped get the house ready to show -- and we have two small children, so it was no easy feat! Delilah is the ultimate professional and has all the tools to market your home. The photos she had taken of our home were sensational! She has an amazing rolodex, so if you need to make any repairs, she can recommend top notch service professionals. I would never work with anyone other than Delilah and cant recommend her enough. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I would 110% recommend Delilah to anyone in Austin. She helped me throughout the whole process of buying my first property in Austin. Being a new home buyer I did not know much about the buying process. Delilah was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly and in a timely manner, explaining everything along the way so that I was educated on the process. I purchased my property during COVID19 and was not able to view properties in person (since I was out of town for a month fews) but Delilah did such a great job looking out for me and making sure I found the perfect property. Shes awesome and I cannot say enough good things about working with her!
