After seeing about 20 homes due to my pickiness, he hit it out of the field when he got us our first forever home. He made the VA loan experience easy peasy and even helped us with writing a letter to the sellers to help them choose us out of the 6 offers. What can be said?December is simply just one HELL of an agent. I amNot a first time home buyer but I knew exactly what I wanted this time around. I gave December a very specific list of requirements I needed in my home. Each and every home I was shown, hit EVERY SINGLE mark. Not only will December bust his hump for you, he will do everything in his power to find you the perfect home. All because of this man’s hard work, my family and I are now in our forever home. I could really go on and on about how amazing December is as an agent, but not only will you have an agent but you will gain a family member/friend. December really is an amazing agent & friend.
