Deborah David continues to astound long after your home buying experience is over! She is responsive and reassuring through the whole process- and was even responding to our (many) emails and putting in bids for us during her vacation! She made the entire experience less stressful and overwhelming and got us into the home we wanted! Her personal attention and attentiveness is second to none. We love her and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Deborah, her husband, and the rest of her team are hands down the best! Within 18 months Deborah helped us find our dream home, sell our first home, and then sell that same dream home during the height of the pandemic because of a relocation for a new job! They were helpful, responsive and truly our advocate throughout it all. From making sure my dog was taken care of during showings, to getting the best deal possible, they are the best. If given the opportunity I would never choose anyone else to work with. I truly felt taken care of, and I had the best team on my side with Deborah and Donald David!

When I began looking for new living arrangements in 2012 Deborah was the most pleasant and attentive agent I couldve asked for. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Having an odd schedule Deborah was always courteous and prompt with viewings. I confidently trusted her to communicate with homeowners to be clear about my needs being met. When homeowners tried to manipulate our negotiations Deborah refused to give up and kept her professionalism to the utmost high standard. Since my first experience, I have trusted her insight and professionalism time and time again. I absolutely recommend Don and Deborah David if you are looking for agents who will not rest until you are happy in your new home.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Deborah & Don David to sell our home and buy a new one. We had kind of an interesting situation where we needed to sell our house when the market was really favorable to sellers but were building a new home that wouldnt be ready for 4-5 months. She came up with a multiple step plan with several options to help make sure we got what we needed for the house. We sold very quickly to an investor who was very flexible with us living in our home until our new house was built. Both Deborah and Don advocated for our needs throughout the whole process and I knew we would be taken care of. As long as they are in the business, we will never use another realtor should we need one in the future!

Don and Deborah did an excellent job at helping us find a home in Houston! I can’t even remember how many homes we looked at with two kids in tow and Don was always very patient and helpful. We always had questions for him at random hours and he would respond immediately. Deborah went to look at a home for us that we wouldn’t be able to look at in time and she provided plenty of videos with commentary to make it seem like we were at the home ourselves. To top it off we closed our home in the middle of a tropical storm and Don didn’t miss a beat! You won’t be disappointed with this team!
