The Austin housing market has been on a tear which made it scary to start looking for a new home. Dayla completely put me at ease by clearly explaining the current market and presenting what to expect. When it came to making an offer, Daylas guidance was invaluable as I was able to purchase a home at reasonable price (for the market) and avoiding a bidding war. Throughout the process she was responsive and caring with a whatever it takes drive to get me in to my home. Even while on vacation she was responsive and helping however she could. This is my 5th home purchased over the years, and by far Dayla has been the most knowledgeable, personable, and engaged realtor that I have met.

Dayla has helped me purchase both of my houses and I have recommended her to friends and family. She is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. My favorite thing about her is how helpful she is. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that my questions were dumb. If you are a first time home buyer or own multiple properties I highly recommend her. She will always fight for your best interest, and she helps make one of the most stressful life experiences an absolute breeze.

We almost never write reviews, however in this case Dayla deserved to acknowledged for what she has done for us over the years and multiple properties. We recently closed on a property in Austin and we are very thankful to Dayla in helping us find the right property at the right price. We have worked previously with Dayla with our investment properties and every time Dayla has been diligent about our requirements and found a matching property. This time, we were in search for our dream home and I dont believe I could have gone to anyone else but Dayla to find it for us. She listened to, and understood what we looked for, suggested what might work for us, set us up with daily listings that might interest us, and when we liked a property - did the facetime tours (sometimes many different properties around the town). With such a hot market in Austin, we bid on a few properties which we did not get, but I am glad Dayla did not let us overbid ever and kept us in check with what would be the value for money. She has always worked in our best interests and though it took a lot of effort (we were picky) she got our home in a beautiful community that we love. Over the years we have referred many of our friends to Dayla, who have purchased multiple properties using Daylas help and the list has only grown. If you wanted someone who takes their work seriously, understands what you need, works hard and until you get your best deal even in this market, and someone who you can trust to be the bridge to your next property, look no further.

We first worked with Dayla when we bought our first house 6 years ago. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient from beginning to the end of each transaction. She has even continued to be there as a guide for us even after the sale. There are not enough wonderful things in the world I could say to describe how pleasant and seamless our experience with her has been! She is everything you could ask for in an agent and then some! I just wanted to recommend this Realty Group (particularly Leeann Burkett) if youre looking for a rental property. I contracted Covid last year and had complications which caused our credit to take it a hit. We had problems finding a last minute rental property that would work with us. Leeann came to our rescue. She went above and beyond on helping us find a property that was in our price range and that would work with us. She gave us such valuable advice and made calls to the rental realtors to explain our credit issues. She got us into a beautiful home in our price range and guided us with advice until a week after our move-in. I cant say enough good things about her. She was a god-send. We will definitely be working with her next year when we purchase a new home (after credit repair :-).

Look, everybody and their brother knows a/is a friend of a/used a realtor in Austin. Its not hard to find one.But finding one like Dayla isnt as easy. Shes a broker. She actually TAUGHT real estate classes for ABOR. And most importantly, she is tenacious: Ive heard her describe herself as a momma bear when protecting her clients interest.The entire experience using her to represent me, and the home I put so much work into, was like having someone who really appreciated what I had done and wasnt just going to convince me to sell to the first offer over asking. She made sure to let me detail the home for all potential buyers so they too could understand this wasnt just someone selling a remodel: it was someone selling their solace.Im sure there are many other fantastic real estate professionals out there and I am sure that there are many who go above and beyond for their clients. This is just my way of saying that if you want to KNOW youre in capable, professional, caring and compassionate hands, you owe it to yourself to talk to my realtor.
