Dawn and her team are amazing. She stayed in constant contact with my husband and I as we were going through the process of selling our home. She has the perfect plan to put in action to get the most showings from listing the property to the photographer she uses to get the best pictures. We listed our home on a Friday and had 6 offers the following Wednesday. We sold our home that day. Dawn even tried to find us a realtor in another state that we were moving to. She and her team go above and beyond. If we lived close to her, we would definitely use her again.

Dawn was extremely helpful in helping us find our first home. She made the whole process very easy for us. She helped us with everything from getting listings in front of us, to walk-throughs of different homes, to finding someone to get our mortgage with. When we went to make an offer she was great at negotiating with the homeowner on price and anything we wanted fixed before closing. Then when it was time to actually close on our house she was very thorough and helped the whole process go smoothly without a hitch. Dawn was at my house within 24 hours after I called her to list my home. And my house sold in 1 night!!! This was by far the most professional, no hassle, easy to follow, and INCREDIBLE process I have ever encountered. Dawn and her Team, especially Jennifer stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish! My phone calls or emails were always answered within the hour; and that included weekends and calls even after the office was closed.- Even the closing process as simple as 1 - 2 - 3. I was in and out within an hour.There were no surprises, unexpected delays, or problems. I got my asking price and she even negotiated some of my final costs to save me money. The paperwork process was painless and simple to follow. Her experience and knowledge of the real estate business is remarkable. And she tunes into her clients so well. Buying a house can be daunting but building a new home is a whole other experience! Dawn was an amazing advocate, realtor and supporter through the complete process. Dawn was an absolutely amazing and wonderful realtor to work with to find our first home. Dawn was warm and friendly and she took the time to get to learn about us, what we were looking for, and what areas we were interested in. She always answered our calls, or was quick to call us right back. She was able to answer all of our questions through her own personal knowledge or researched to find the answer for us. She was very patient in showing us multiple homes and was very flexible to help accommodate our schedules. She negotiated to get the terms we desired and she succeeded. She was also diligent to give us updates on the status of everything during the purchase process and to check in to see how we were doing as well.
